From the moment I arrived, the staff, led by the excellent manager Alex, was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist.What truly impressed me was the abundant and excellent selection of food, catering to even the most discerning tastes. The natural warm water hot springs available in every pool added a unique and relaxing touch to my stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the fabulous end-of-the-year party, where all guests were treated to free champagne, a box of chocolates, a lively live band, and a spectacular fireworks show.In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional.
